The Amish History & Origin

The Amish, primarily settled in parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana, have always relied on farming as their primary livelihood. Poultry, especially chicken, was a staple on most Amish farms. The manner of raising these birds—free-range, organic feeding, and no use of antibiotics—meant that the meat was always of the highest quality.

Amish Cooked Chicken primarily focuses on highlighting the natural flavors of the chicken. The Amish Cooked Chicken recipes we cherish today have been passed down through generations, retaining their authentic taste and preparation techniques.
